Interviews & Scheduling FAQs
How are interview time zones determined and how do I change them?
The interview’s primary timezone is automatically determined by the timezone of the user who generated the interview activity. This typically happens by moving the candidate forward to the next stage in the interview process or manually creating a new interview.
How do I use multi-day scheduling?
This guide covers how to schedule interviews across multiple days. If you have any interview activities with multiple interview events within them (for example, an onsite), this helps you schedule interview events across a number of days when availability is limited.
Am I warned when scheduling if an interviewer has already been a part of the interviewing process?
When manually scheduling interviews, the i icon beside the interviewer's details turns yellow if they have already been a part of the process or if they referred the candidate for the role. You can hover over the i icon for additional information and decide whether you would like to continue or replace the interviewer.

What are ‘Shared’ Interviews, Application Forms, and Feedback Forms?
