this guide covers amending interview stages on your interview plans and how that can impact reporting please note that grouped interview plans are referenced to often for more on setting up a grouped interview plan, check out docid\ xnp0rkwlhbnus04b4bzwq for more information on setting up interview plans, please check out docid\ sjqdg 6gg32kbwjaku1ux overview in short, if you are planning to make edits to your interview plan, we’d recommend editing stage names where possible, rather than deleting and adding new stages if stages are removed and/or added, please ensure you have a grouped interview plan and your interview plan stages mapped to your grouped interview plan then, when running passthrough rate reports, ensure that the group stages? checkbox is checked to preserve all data from archived interview plan stages can i edit the names of the stages on my interview plans without impacting passthrough rate reporting? if you edit the name of an existing stage, rather than removing a stage and adding a new one, then this will simply update the name of the stage and your passthrough reporting will remain intact so here, the technical round on an interview plan has been edited and re named to second round it can take a few minutes for the stage to be updated on your passthrough rate report on refreshing the report, the passthrough results for that stage remain the name, the name of the stage has just been updated if you need to update any stages, we would recommend renaming them, rather than deleting stages from your interview plan and adding in new ones how about if i delete a stage? if you delete a stage that is mapped to a stage in your grouped interview plan, then the stage results will only be shown in your passthrough rate report when you opt to group your stages (so showing the grouped interview plan stages as your passthrough stages) if you choose to report on your ungrouped stages, the deleted stage in your interview plan will not be displayed on your passthrough rate report the passthrough rate percentage from the stage before the deleted stage to the stage after the deleted stage will be reflected so, in our example, the second round stage from the interview plan has now been deleted that stage will no longer show in the report when i opt to not check the group stages? checkbox (so showing the stages of my individual interview plans on the report) our second round stage was linked to the technical evaluation stage of the grouped interview plan, so when grouping the results, the results for the deleted interview stage will be shown what happens if i create a new stage on my interview plan? if you opt to create a new stage for your interview plan and you have candidates in stages beyond the newly created stage, they will show as having passed through that stage in our example, a new technical quiz stage was created and added to the interview plan it was also linked to the technical evaluation stage of our grouped plan now when running my passthrough rate report, if the group stages? checkbox isn’t checked, the technical quiz stage will display passthrough data for any candidates that have reached stages beyond that stage
