the interview’s primary timezone is automatically determined by the timezone of the user who generated the interview activity this typically happens by moving the candidate forward to the next stage in the interview process or manually creating a new interview however, the person who creates the interview activity may not be the same person or in the same time zone as the one who ultimately schedules or attends the interview in order to ensure that timezones show correctly for interviewers, you can manually change the primary interview timezone for that specific schedule interview activity the candidate's time zone is determined by the candidate's location in their profile; however, this can be changed or set in the same place as setting the primary interview timezone follow the instructions below to update the primary interview and candidate timezones navigate to an existing schedule interview activity under the candidate's activities & progress feed and select schedule > view all scheduling options , or manually start scheduling a new interview on the next screen, navigate to the timezones tab adjust the primary interview timezone and candidate timezone fields as needed calendar invites will display in each recipient's own calendar timezone you can preview invites under the communications settings as you complete the scheduling workflow if the event description includes an interview panel summary token, the summary will show times in interview's primary timezone
