Keywords
Scheduling Keywords allow you to identify events on interviewer’s calendars that can be scheduled over by either you or a candidate when booking interviews. Scheduling Keywords are available on Foundations, Plus, Enterprise and Legacy Plus plans.
Public Booking Links
Public booking links are most commonly used for scheduling interviews with leads. Ashby automatically creates the necessary candidate and job consideration, moves them to the correct interview stage, and schedules the interview.
Interviewer Pools
Interviewer Pools is an admin tool to help you group and manage interviewers based on their qualifications or other attributes. If you have certain individuals who are qualified to lead certain interviews, for instance, you can assign an interview pool when setting up the interview activity to select from multiple qualified interviewers.
Meeting Rooms & Meeting Room Pools
Just like with interviewers, you can sync over and create a pool of meeting rooms. You can assign a pool of meeting rooms to an interview activity so one room is assigned from a selection when an interview is scheduled.
Debriefs
Debrief activities can now be scheduled for your hiring team and interviewers. You can add a debrief to a schedule interview activity as part of the template, or add it via the candidate’s profile as a one-off activity.
