Interviewer Training
Interviewer Training is designed to streamline the process of training and qualifying interviewers within your organization. Interviewer Training offers a comprehensive solution for training and managing interviewers directly in Ashby.
Reschedule and Cancellation Reasons
You can configure cancellation and reschedule reasons to capture and track why interviews either don't go ahead or are moved to a new interviewer, date, and/or time. This feature can also be used to log and track no-shows.
Suggested Meeting Rooms
Suggested meeting rooms let you determine which meeting rooms are suggested first when scheduling. If you have a lot of meeting rooms configured in Google Workspace or your Microsoft 365 tenant, use this feature to prioritize rooms that are suitable for interviews and exclude those you would not want to book, like wellness rooms, call booths, or rooms reserved for specific teams.
