your organization, you can skip the steps below to enable talent rediscovery navigate to admin > organization setup > opt in features if you have not yet opted in to ai features, toggle on enable ai features you will be prompted to read and agree to ashby's ai terms before any ai features can be enabled toggle on the talent rediscovery opt in feature if you see a not ready message when enabling talent rediscovery, click start candidate scan to scan your candidate pool the scan can take up to 24 hours talent rediscovery with a not ready status a progress bar displays during the scan for tracking once completed, the status within the talent rediscovery tile shows as ready talent rediscovery with the status ready click configure to select a default sequence template this sequence template is automatically used when sending a sequence as part of reviewing candidates in the talent rediscovery review ui step 2 running a talent rediscovery search there are two ways to run a search using talent rediscovery using existing criteria set up within a job, or setting up a new query from scratch to run a talent rediscovery search using criteria configured as part of the ai assisted save to start a new search using talent rediscovery navigate to sourcing > talent rediscovery click + new search add a title to your query you can also link a job to your query so you can directly consider candidates who meet your set criteria for the role finally, determine whether the query is confidential a confidential query is only visible to the users who are given access to it click create search to confirm you are then taken to the settings section of your newly created search step 3 adding ai job criteria to your sourcing query to make amendments to your sourcing query, navigate to the settings tab of your search in sourcing > talent rediscovery the settings tab of the talent rediscovery page for a search name the title of your search description an internal description for your search, for reference confidential set whether the query is confidential job add, remove, or switch the job linked to this search underneath your settings, the ai job criteria section lists any criteria for your talent rediscovery search to add criteria, click + edit job criteria click add criteria , then either select add previously used to reuse criteria you have created ashby adding new resume criteria to a talent rediscovery search step 4 reviewing your sourcing query results once the evaluation of your configured criteria is complete, you can review results in the candidate search results section of your sourcing query click on a list option to view the candidates that have been identified each list has the following criteria warm lead candidates who expressed interest (for example, via a sourcing form or hiring event) but never interviewed silver medallist candidates who were archived after an active interview stage with only positive feedback and match 50%+ of your set criteria high fit candidates candidates who match 75%+ of your set criteria, reached an active stage, and received no poor interview feedback re visit overlooked candidates candidates who match 75%+ of your set criteria but only reached pre interview screen stages promising leads to re engage candidates who match 50%+ of your criteria, progressed past pre interview stages, and remained interested internal transfers candidates who were hired for a different role and who the ai identifies as suitable for this role they also match 50%+ of your set criteria the review later and dismissed lists are curated by you, based on the action taken when reviewing suggested candidates we recommend reviewing your buckets from the top down (warm lead first, silver medallist second, and so on) reviewing candidates when viewing a list of identified candidates, you can see the following information by default name company/position the candidate's employment history, listing their most recent company and role first evaluation lists the ai job criteria set in your sourcing query and notes whether each was met feedback feedback left for the candidate latest touchpoint the last job and interview stage the candidate was in signals the general criteria used by the ai talent rediscovery tool alongside the ai job criteria positive signals are displayed here the signals used are as follows positive signals (listed in the signals section of the query results) warm lead, silver medalist, made it to offer stage, bad timing, rejected by candidate, only good feedback, hired for different role negative signals (causing candidates to be filtered out by default) recently rejected (last 6 months), poor fit, poor interview performance, candidate ghosted signals combine application history, interview ratings, email thread analysis, and ai classification visibility the option to hide or show the candidate on the list a list of candidates within a talent rediscovery group to review the candidate list, click review x candidates you can then view the criteria evaluation, the candidate's resume and application details, and their feedback the review page for a candidate pulled into a group using a talent rediscovery search in the criteria evaluation section, click on a criterion to view the information pulled from the candidate's resume or application to justify the classification if a classification doesn't look right, click the three dots to the right of meets x of x and select flag evaluation to leave feedback the option to flag a criteria evaluation once you've reviewed the candidate, you can take the following actions consider for job consider the candidate for the linked job click the pencil icon to adjust the job and initial interview stage the candidate is added to add to project click the pencil icon to set the project, then click add to add the candidate to a project send sequence enroll the candidate in a sequence the aireengagementoutreach substitution token to an email sequence stage when sending a rediscovery sequence, ai automatically considers the candidate's background, resume, previous applications, interview history, and past communications to generate a personalized outreach message prior to sending the sequence, you need to manually accept or reject the generated content mark not a good fit
