AI Credits
AI Credits are included across all Ashby All-in-One plans. While most AI features in Ashby are free to use without limitation, the ones that can run on a large volume of data (e.g. each inbound application) consume AI credits.
Features that consume AI Credits are: AI-Assisted Application Review Candidate Fraud Detection Overview & Admin Settings and AI Talent Rediscovery.

How many AI credits do I need?
We recommend estimating your needs by multiplying your historical applicants-per-role by your planned number of hires for the year.
Will I be warned if I am close to using my credits?
Yes. Ashby provides an in-app warning when you reach 80% usage.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits are tied to your contract period and do not roll over to the next contract year.
Where can I view my remaining credits?
Navigate to Admin > Organization Setup > Billing to view your balance and purchase more.
I already have the Advanced Scheduling Automation add-on - will I get the additional credits added to my account?
Yes. Your AI credit allotment will be adjusted per the above limits proactively. No further action will be needed.
