100 to 100 promoters are defined as candidates who have responded to the nps question on your survey with 9 or 10 detractors are defined as candidates who have responded to the nps question on your survey with 6 or below if a candidate responds to the nps question on your survey with 7 or 8, they are considered as passive candidates in violation of data retention rules this report is available
