Do I need a Dropbox Sign Integration to use Offers?

No, you do not! The Dropbox Sign integration is built-in and can be enabled just by adding the E-Signature Tokens to your Offer Letter Template. Check out E-Signature Offers and E-Signature Documents for more information on setting up and using E-Signature!

You do not need a Dropbox Sign account to sign e-signature documents. These can be signed directly from the prompt in the Dropbox Sign emails sent to the signatories specified in Ashby when generating the e-signature document.

You also do not need a Dropbox Sign account to access the completed e-signature document. Users with the correct permissions can access the completed e-signature document in the candidate’s profile, and all signatories also receive an email from Dropbox Sign confirming that everyone has signed the document, including the candidate, once all parties have completed the signing process.
