Dropbox Sign
Dropbox Sign suits organizations that want a straightforward e-signature workflow and prefer to manage recruiting work in Ashby. It supports standard offer letters, offer packets, NDAs, and other recruiting documents.
Dropbox Sign supports offer-letter and document tokens, signing order, company signers, CC recipients, expiration dates, reminders, and signed-document tracking. You can also use e-signature document activities in job and job-template interview plans.
Dropbox Sign may be a better fit when your documents use predictable signing workflows. It offers less control over sender identity, branding, and provider-generated notifications, and its token-based setup may be less flexible for unusual layouts or specialized signing requirements.
See E-Signature Documents for more information.
Docusign
Docusign suits organizations that already use Docusign or need to use their own Docusign account, permissions, storage, and administrative controls. You can send offers and other e-signature documents from Ashby, and access completed documents in Ashby and, when your permissions allow, in Docusign.
Docusign's preview experience can provide additional recipient and signing options, such as in-person signing or witness signers, when your Docusign plan supports them. Some Docusign fields or advanced options may require mapping, entering values before sending, or selecting settings in the preview experience. Your Docusign plan and permissions affect which features are available. Check your account and requirements before choosing Docusign for specialized signing needs, such as witnesses, identity verification, or wet signatures.
See Docusign for more information.
