How does the free trial work with the AI Notetaker?

The AI Notetaker can only be used for interviews scheduled via Ashby.
AI notetaker free trial
With the free trial of the AI notetaker, you can record up to 500 meetings for free. There is no time limit, the free trial will expire once all 500 meeting recordings have been used up. During the free trial, access to recordings is limited to 14 days. This limit controls access during the trial, while recordings remain subject to the configured recording data retention rule. If you purchase the AI Notetaker add-on while a recording is still retained, you regain access to it. If the retention rule deletes a recording, you cannot recover it.

Purchasing the add-on
After using 500 meeting recordings, customers will need to purchase the AI Notetaker Add-on to continue using AI Notetaker. To purchase the add-on, please follow the appropriate instructions based on your plan:
- Foundations and Headcount-based Legacy Plus: Navigate to Admin > Organization Setup > Billing. Under AI Notetaker Interviews click Upgrade.
- Review the billing summary provided (including the recurring cost and the prorated immediate cost), then click Purchase to continue with the upgrade.
- Plus and Enterprise: Please reach out to your sales executive for further information
On purchasing the add-on, you can record as many meetings as you like. You can also customize the retention time to suit your organization’s requirements.
Please note that the add-on is organization-wide and can be enabled for any and all users added to your account, including those with Limited Access.
