the offer stage within your interview plans can be configured with various settings and automations to ensure ashby works for your hiring workflow these settings allow you to automate candidate advancement through the pipeline upon offer acceptance, as well as configure additional hiring stages under the offer phase, which allows you to add and complete additional steps such as reference checks, background checks, or other steps before the candidate moves to "hired " this article describes in detail what these offer settings are and how to configure them for your organization offer stage admin settings are only available on plus and enterprise plans navigating to offer settings to locate your offer stage settings, navigate to admin in the top menu bar, and then interviews & scheduling > offer stage configuration from the left side menu on the following page, you'll see a list of general settings below we'll cover each setting and what it does offer settings definitions setting description advance on offer accepted enable this setting to automatically advance candidates to the next stage in the interview plan when an offer is accepted allow additional offer stages by default, the offer section of the interview plan only contains one stage (the offer stage) and is not editable however, you can enable this setting if you'd like to add multiple stages within the offer section this is useful if you track post offer steps like reference checks, background checks, or other approvals before a candidate is ultimately moved to the hired stage you'll see the ability to add stages to the offer section in both interview plans and grouped interview plans once this is turned on for more information on designing interview plans, see docid\ sjqdg 6gg32kbwjaku1ux , or see docid\ xnp0rkwlhbnus04b4bzwq for more information on grouped interview plans mark opening as filled when select offer marked as accepted to mark the opening as filled when the offer is marked as accepted, or candidate moved to hired stage to perform this action when they have moved to the hired stage push candidates to hris integrations when this option only appears if you have selected the checkbox in integrations > hris integrations to "automatically push hired candidates to hris integrations " select offer marked as accepted to push candidates to your hris when the offer is marked as accepted, or candidate moved to hired stage to push them when they have moved to the hired stage note candidates must have an accepted offer to be pushed to the hris, regardless of the option selected if a candidate is moved to hired stage without an accepted offer, they will not be pushed to the hris even if "moved to hired" is set as the trigger here hired date when select offer marked as accepted to set their hire date when the offer is marked as accepted, or candidate moved to hired stage to perform this action when they have moved to the hired stage note regardless of what option is selected, this date is only populated in reports after the candidate is explicitly moved to the hired stage even if you select "offer accepted" as the hired date, in reports, the candidate's hired date will show as null until they are moved to the hired stage, and at that point that hired date will retroactively show the offer accepted date if you do not have allow additional offer stages enabled, the hired date will remain tied to offer accepted date
