in this guide, we list all of the ashby subject and field values, along with definitions for each this glossary will help you determine how to filter or group data, or which filters to add to include the information you need in a custom list report subject definitions subject definition job consideration a candidate’s record on a specific job job a job set up within your ats job postings the job posting created for a job within your ats (available for ashby all in one customers only) interview scheduled interviews in your ats interviews can be counted as one per stage (i e an onsite panel with 4 different interviews will count as 1 onsite interview) or one per scheduled interview (i e an onsite panel with 4 different interview sill count as 4 interviews) interviewer participation scheduled interviewers each interviewer counts as an interview participation these tie closely to feedback forms interview stage transition moves to and from stages accidental stage moves will be
