can i change the feedback form for application reviews? the default feedback form is used for feedback at the application review stage if you’d like to change the feedback form, this would need to be done for each job or job template navigate to jobs > admin and select the job in question then head to the interview plan tab click modify on the review application activity on the interview plan you can click change link to then switch the feedback form out for another shared feedback form you have configured, or click unlink & edit to make specific edits to that form any changes made to an unlinked form will only apply to that specific activity and will not have an impact on the default feedback form what is the difference between in stage since and needs decision in the status column of application review? needs decision means there’s a structured activity in the stage (for example, a custom review application activity) and action is required, while in stage since is when a candidate is in a stage that doesn’t have a structured activity and so a call to action isn’t required please note if you are using the default review application activity in the application review stage of your interview plan, this is not seen as a structured activity if you opt to add a custom review application activity, this will be seen as a structured activity
