candidates go to candidates > search to access the candidate list apply any filters to generate to list of candidates you'd like to review (e g , stage, source) select the candidates you want to check using the checkboxes on the left side, or mark the top checkbox to select all click the more menu choose check for fraud in the bulk action popover, you'll be informed of ai credit consumption and the number of candidates selected click start check for fraud to begin the checks once started, you can click stop action to halt the review the following screen will indicate how many candidates were successfully checked click view log to see a full list of checks performed a successful check does not mean there was no fraud add a filter for fraud status = multiple fraud signals unreviewed to your candidate list to zero in on flagged candidates reviewing fraud signals reviewing fraud signals on a candidate profile if a candidate has been flagged, a fraud signals detected button will appear at the top of the candidate’s profile click this to view the signal categories and a breakdown of the analysis in the fraud signals history popover this will contain all checks performed for this candidate (including any checks run for previous applications) as you review each signal, you can hover over the signal title to get more information on what is being evaluated any flagged signals will be listed above the signals checked so you can easily see what needs reviewing expand the signal alert to review findings reviewing fraud signals during application review when reviewing applications, any suspicious patterns will be flagged via a fraud signals detected icon to the left of the application details if you have the ai candidate fraud signal summary enabled, the ai summary will appear here, as shown in the above screenshot click view details to view a full list of the areas analyzed and the results marking candidates as fraudulent, not fraudulent, or unsure once you’ve reviewed the data provided, you can use the respective buttons to mark the application as fraudulent, not fraudulent, or as unsure if you need a second opinion these buttons appear both when review triggers a modal that lets you archive the candidate with the rejected by organization fraudulent candidate archive reason applied automatically you can choose if you want to notify the candidate or not, following the normal archiving flow not fraud mark the application as a false positive and confirm that it is not fraudulent the candidate will have a fraud signals cleared label added to their profile unsure mark the application with a fraud signals needs review label so it can be re reviewed later if you need to change the fraud signals status on a candidate’s profile, you can click on the fraud signals label applied to the candidate’s profile to reopen the fraud signals history popover, then select the correct status
