Migrations
Ashby supports three types of migration: API migration, file-based migration and self-serve bulk import.
This route directly integrates with the Legacy ATS. Once an API Key is input, the migration will complete automatically within 2-3 days, depending on the amount of data needing to be migrated. This option is currently only supported for all Greenhouse and Workday, along with some Lever migrations.
🟢 - indicates this option is supported for all migrations
🟡 - indicates this option is supported for some migrations
🔴 - indicates this option is supported for no migrations
Glossary of terms across platforms
When navigating Ashby, you may see terms that you’ve come across before in other ATS’s but used in a slightly different context. By the same token, concepts in Ashby may be named differently in other ATS systems too. See the table below for examples of terms used in Ashby All-In-One versus the terms for the same or a similar concept in Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS and Lever.
