welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) matches your jobs to the best applicants sync with welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) to get 25% more applications and improve your applicant attribution data reporting this is the integration for welcome to the jungle (formerly known as otta), check out docid\ h4a3qjka90evb jx fstk for further information on the welcome to the jungle integration these are separate integrations prerequisites you’ll need a welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) pro account and scraper url set, along with an ashby org admin access to enable the integration enabling the integration 1 log into your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) account and head over to the settings >> ats integration page note if you don’t see the ats integration page, you’ll need to reach out to welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) support 2 next, click on the select welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) in the integrations page in ashby link this will take you to the ashby marketplace 3 click on enable otta 4 in your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) dashboard (on step 2 create api key), copy the name in the name field you’ll use this to create an api key in ashby for the otta integration by going to https //app ashbyhq com/admin/api/keys click on +new paste the name provided in welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) into the name field click on create api key at the bottom then, select copy and close 5 paste the generated api key in welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) 6 in your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) dashboard (in the step 3 add application submitted webhook stage), copy the request url from section 4 then head over to the webhooks page in ashby at https //app ashbyhq com/admin/api/webhooks click on the +new button choose the application submitted webhook from the webhook type drop down in the request url field, paste the request url copied from otta go back to your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) dashboard and copy the secret token provided in number 5 paste this in the ashby “secret token” field click “add” to close out the window in ashby 7 in your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) dashboard (in step 4 add candidate application changed stage webhook), copy the request url from section 4 then head over to the webhooks page in ashby at https //app ashbyhq com/admin/api/webhooks click on the +new button choose the candidate application changed stage webhook from the webhook type drop down in the “request url” field, paste the request url copied from welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) go back to your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) dashboard and opy the secret token provided in number 5 paste this in the ashby “secret token” field click add to close out the window in ashby you’re set and welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) is now integrated with ashby using the welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) integration once the integration is set, you can post jobs to welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) and sync candidates directly into your ashby pipeline through the integration, you can also leverage ashby analytics to get insights and data about your welcome to the jungle (formerly otta) candidates please note that on initial setup, the sync can take up to 48 hours additional information additional information can be found at https //www notion so/bc9fbcc4337349e8a10b3bd686cc06fc?pvs=21 if you have any questions or feedback about the integration, please reach out to our team at mailto\ support\@ashbyhq com
