This guide walks you through integrating your Trusty account with Ashby, allowing you to automatically send every referred candidate made by your employees directly into Ashby.

Users need Organization Admin access within Ashby to set up this integration.

# Trusty integration overview

Trusty unleashes the full potential of your employees' network.

The Trusty integration makes recruiting teams' lives easier with:

- Custom and automated new job offer announcements to your team on internal communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Ashby automatically uploads referrals and all information from the customizable form.
- Recruiters receive an automatic Slack notification each time a new referral is made.
- The referrer receives a Slack notification each time their referral moves forward in the recruitment process.

No manual re-keying, no back and forth between the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and employees. The Trusty Ashby integration centralizes all your data in one place so that you keep focusing on what you do best, hiring.

# Connecting the integration

1. Navigate to **Admin > Integrations** and search for the [Trusty integration tile](https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/integrations/marketplace/7e0fc6fa-1deb-41f5-9421-22f565c60012).
2. Select the `+ Create API key for Trusty` button.

3. Copy the API key and navigate to Trusty to complete the setup.
