TeamOhana is a headcount management platform that simplifies your headcount process and improves collaboration around the approved hiring plan.

## Creating an API key in Ashby

To get started, create an API key for the TeamOhana integration by going to the [TeamOhana integration settings](https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/integrations/marketplace/teamohana) page.  From here, click on the `+ Create API key for TeamOhana` button and copy the key created.

## Enabling the Ashby integration in TeamOhana

1. In TeamOhana, go to Settings > Integration.
2. Then, click on the `Link HRIS or ATS` button and in the Applicant Tracking System section, connect with Ashby.
3. Paste the API key from Ashby and click `Submit`.
4. You’re all set!

No, jobs created in TeamOhana will create the job in Ashby as a draft. You will need to manually open the job in Ashby.
