When integrating with SquarePeg, SquarePeg immediately starts recruiting the best-fit and highly qualified candidates.

## Prerequisites

An Ashby Org Admin will need to enable the integration in the Marketplace. A SquarePeg paid plan isn’t required.

## Integration Overview

SquarePeg screens candidates on your behalf. These candidates are sourced through sponsored job posts, as well as targeted email campaigns. Only candidates that are recommended by SquarePeg will be exported to Ashby.

## Enabling the integration

1. Request to enable this integration by reaching out to [operations@squarepeghires.com](mailto\:operations@squarepeghires.com) and requesting an Ashby integration meeting.
2. During the call, SquarePeg will get information from you about your Ashby account to set the integration.
3. Once SquarePeg enables the integration, you’re all set! 

## Using the Integration

Importing jobs from Ashby will import the job’s description into SquarePeg, which helps to correctly source candidates for the correct job.

When candidates are sourced in SquarePeg, they are scored according to SquarePeg’s matching algorithm. If the candidate is recommended by SquarePeg, they will be exported to Ashby automatically. You don’t have to log into SquarePeg to review the candidate.
