When integrating with SquarePeg, SquarePeg immediately starts recruiting the best-fit and highly qualified candidates.

An Ashby Org Admin will need to enable the integration in the Marketplace. A SquarePeg paid plan isn’t required.

SquarePeg screens candidates on your behalf. These candidates are sourced through sponsored job posts, as well as targeted email campaigns. Only candidates that are recommended by SquarePeg will be exported to Ashby.

During the call, SquarePeg will get information from you about your Ashby account to set the integration.

Once SquarePeg enables the integration, you’re all set! 

Importing jobs from Ashby will import the job’s description into SquarePeg, which helps to correctly source candidates for the correct job.

When candidates are sourced in SquarePeg, they are scored according to SquarePeg’s matching algorithm. If the candidate is recommended by SquarePeg, they will be exported to Ashby automatically. You don’t have to log into SquarePeg to review the candidate.

The openings feature in Ashby lets you track your open headcount and hiring goals as well as metrics for each individual headcount accurately. You can assign multiple openings to a single job.

Schedule interview activities can be set up within each stage of your job’s interview plan. These activities allow you to select an interview type, interviewers and set the interview’s settings in advance.
