Saved Reports & Dashboards

if you have a large number of saved reports and dashboards, the saved reports layout will allow you to filter and locate your saved content easily overview when navigating to reports > saved reports or dashboards > saved dashboards, you can filter, create saved views and search for specific reports or dashboards by title if you’d like, you can also create topics to group your reports by saved reports, recruiting plans & dashboards with saved reports, you’ll be able to jump between saved reports, recruiting plans and dashboards with ease using the reports, recruiting plans and dashboard tabs reports view all saved reports that you have access to the table will list the title of the report, when the report was last updated, any dashboards the report has been added to and the author click new report to create a new report from this view recruiting plans view all recruiting plan reports here more on these at recruiting planner by default the table will list the recruiting plan title, when it was last updated, any topics and dashboard the plan is linked to and the author of the recruiting plan report click new recruiting plan to create a new recruiting plan report from this view dashboards view all of the dashboards you have access to here by default the table will list the dashboard title, when the dashboard was last updated and the author click new dashboard to create a new dashboard from this view if you’d like to add additional columns of data to your tables, click the add column button you will then be able to select additional fields to add to the table display to hide columns already on display, click the button with the column image and switch off the fields that you’d like to hide saved content filters and views you can now add filters and create views for your saved content to quickly find the data you need both basic and advanced filtering options are available filters basic filtering if you have the advanced toggle off when filtering your saved content, you can add a filter by clicking + filter advanced filtering if you have the advanced toggle on when filtering your saved content, you can add a filter by clicking + add field to match , then selecting the field in question you can filter via the following fields for saved reports field description author the user who created the report type the type of report title the title of the report topics the topics associated with the report dashboards the dashboards that this report is on last updated the date and time the report was last updated has alerts whether the report has any alerts configured for it access level the access level of the report is access restricted whether access to the report is restricted to a specific set of users locked by the user who locked the report accessible to user allows filtering reports by whether a given user has access to them you can filter via the following fields for saved recruiting plans field description author the user who created the recruiting plan title the title of the recruiting plan topics the topics associated with the recruiting plan number of targets the number of targets in this recruiting plan dashboards the dashboards that this recruiting plan is on last updated the date and time the recruiting plan was last updated start date the start date of the recruiting plan’s date range end date the end date of the recruiting plan’s date range you can filter via the following fields for saved dashboards field description accessible to user allows filtering dashboards by whether a given user has access to them access level the access level of the dashboard is access restricted whether access to the dashboard is restricted to a specific set of users has scheduled deliveries whether the dashboard has any scheduled deliveries configured topics the topics associated with the dashboard author the user who created the dashboard title the title of the dashboard updated at the date and time the dashboard was last updated saved report and dashboard access levels are as follows private only accessible to the author public accessible to all elevated access users private & shared accessible to the author and at least one other user saved views once you’ve added the appropriate filters, you can save the view you’ve created by clicking save as new give your filter view a name and then click create this will add a new tab within the filters section that you can easily click to view the filtered view in the future topics topics allow you to group your reports by theme so they can be easily filtered as needed only those with organization admin access can create, edit or delete topics how to create a topic navigate to reports > saved reports or dashboards > saved dashboards click create topic to create your first topic once you’ve created your first topic, hover over all topics on the topic list, then click the + icon to add an additional topic you will be prompted to give your topic a name you can also assign your topic to a parent topic if you are creating a new sub topic if you opt to not assign a parent topic, then the created topic will be treated as a top level topic click create topic how to assign a topic to a report, recruiting plan or dashboard navigate to the report, recruiting plan or dashboard click on the topics button underneath the saved content’s title (if you haven’t assign a topic to the report yet, this will show as no topics) select the topic from the list to assign it to the report, recruiting plan or dashboard once a topic is added, it will be listed in the topics button in place of no topics alternatively, if you have the topics column in the table view of your saved reports, recruiting plans or dashboards, you can over over the topics field for the report in question and click the pencil icon to assign and amend the topics linked to the report or dashboard in question how to unassign a topic from a report, recruiting plan or dashboard navigate to the report, recruiting plan or dashboard click on the topics button underneath the saved content’s title click the x beside the topic in question, then confirm you would like to remove it from the report how to delete or edit a topic navigate to reports > saved reports or dashboards > saved dashboards hover over the topic in question and click the ellipsis that appears choose whether to edit or delete the topic you’ll also have the option to create a sub topic for the parent topic here please note that deleting a topic will unassign it from all associated content all sub topics within the deleted topic will be moved up a level deleting saved content you now have the option to delete a report or dashboard please note that the report or dashboard must be archived before you'll see the option to delete it completely report and dashboard deletion cannot be undone to delete a report navigate to the report, click more , then archive once the report has been archived, click more again, then delete please note that any configured alerts will be deleted along with the report and it will be removed from all dashboards to delete a recruiting plan navigate to the recruiting plan, click more , then archive once the recruiting plan has been archived, click more again, then delete please note that this will remove the recruiting plan from any dashboards it was linked to to delete a dashboard navigate to the dashboard, click more , then archive once the dashboard has been archived, click more , then delete all of the dashboard's saved views will also be deleted and any scheduled deliveries set up on this dashboard will be stopped on deletion faq can i assign a topic to a report or dashboard before saving it? no topics can only be assigned to saved content as such, the report or dashboard would need to be saved first can i assign multiple topics to a report or dashboard? yes, you can assign multiple topics to a report or dashboard at a time to allow for flexible organization can i opt to include or exclude archived reports and dashboards from the table view? you can! use the show archived reports or show archived dashboards toggle to include any archived reports or dashboards in the saved content table view can i bulk archive, restore and/or delete reports, recruiting plans and dashboards? can i bulk assign topics to them? you can, yes use the checkboxes beside each report/recruiting plan/dashboard to select the content in question and you'll then see the available options listed if you are selecting active content, you will see the option to archive in bulk if you are selecting archived content, you will see the option to restore or delete you will have the option to assign topics to either active or archived content
