Both Ashby All-In-One and Ashby Analytics users can access the report builder and AI-Assisted Report Builder. You can also explore our Analytics Glossary and Analytics Help guides to get acquainted with building reports in Ashby. - **Chat with Ashby:** Access the Report Builder & AI-Assisted Report Builder to help you build a custom report. Describe what you're looking to build within a conversation and the assistant builds it for you. - **Templates:** In the left-hand menu, you can view a list of the templates available without navigating to Report Templates. Select a topic, then the report type to generate it. You can also search for a template using the `Search templates…` field. More on these at [Custom Reports](docId\:lY-KegLNCudYF0ed41GAW). # Generating and saving reports When you select a template or custom report type within the report builder, the report builder highlights three key elements used to generate the report data: - **The subject:** The type of record being counted. In the example pictured, jobs are being counted. - **The timeframe:** The timestamp used and the date range to determine the results that should be included. Click `+ Add Note` to add your note. - **Interpretation:** Use the AI Report Interpretation tool to get insight on your report. More on this at [AI Report Interpretation](docId\:r2SHcEUHaeo0ADH_Bm5ar). Once you have made any adjustments to the report, click `Save Report`. Add a title, set whether the report is private, add a note, and add your new report to any relevant dashboards. Click `Save Report` to add the report to your saved reports.
