Requesting access to send emails as other Ashby users
The employee whose email is being shared must have the Ashby Can Email/Schedule Candidate permission. When an email is sent on behalf of another user, the candidate’s reply goes to the inbox of the user whose email address was used. See Manage Access Roles for more information on user permissions.

To cancel a request to use someone's email address, click the Cancel requestbutton under the Email addresses you can use section.

Using aliases in Ashby
Once email sharing is configured, you see a From dropdown option to select an alternate email address when sending an email or sequence in Ashby. Use the dropdown to select the email address you'd like to send the email from.
No-reply or default shared email aliases cannot be used when sending sequences.
