MeVitae’s Blind Recruiting Solution focuses on redacting candidate details from their applications. The integration with Ashby will allow you to redact information from candidate records to reduce bias in the recruiting process. It does this by anonymizing the candidates’ fields within Ashby as well as analyzing their documents and uploading a redacted version of candidates’ documents to Ashby. This is so your Hiring Managers and Recruiters can make hiring decisions with minimal bias, widening your talent pool and hiring more diverse employees.

Please ensure your Ashby API key has Write access to the Candidates set of endpoints, as this contains the assessment.update endpoint, which will be used to send data back to Ashby about the assessment.
