Connect Leapsome to your Ashby account to add a placeholder for hired candidates in Leapsome.

## Overview

1. To start setting up Leapsome with an Ashby, navigate to 'Settings' > 'Integrations and imports' > [Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrations](https://www.leapsome.com/app/#/team/integrations/ats-provisioning/overview).
2. Within the ATS page, choose Ashby from a list of available integrations.
3. In a popup modal, enable the checkbox: `Enable the integration`.
4. Then, click on `Authenticate / Manage connection` and proceed with the setup flow. If you need further information about the authentication process, you can find additional documentation in the [merge.dev Help Center](https://help.merge.dev/en/collections/4258459-ats).
5. The setup includes authentication with Ashby.
6. Once integrated, Leapsome regularly checks Ashby for new hires (e.g., candidates marked as accepted) and automatically creates 'Pending' profiles for them in Leapsome.
