this guide walks through setting up ashby’s integration with juro please reach out to your csm or mailto\ onboarding\@ashbyhq com prior to following these steps to ensure you have access to set up the integration the juro integration can be set up on the legacy plus, plus and enterprise plans foundations legacy plus plus enterprise ❌ ✅ ✅ ✅ setting up the integration creating the api key in ashby starting from ashby, navigate to the integrations marketplace admin page and select https //app ashbyhq com/admin/integrations/marketplace/juro select the green enable button in the top left of the juro pull out, and then you should see a screen where some juro configuration details are required first, click the ashby api key box and type juro, to create an api key on the ashby side you won’t need to copy down this api key, but this will allow juro to push updates to ashby (disabling this api key would revoke juro’s access) creating the api key in juro to add to ashby next, we need to get an api key from juro and do some configuration there go to juro’s integration settings page https //app juro com/settings/integrations from there, select the api box in the api and webhooks section on the api page, click the green activate button (if not already active) then, copy the api key that’s in the text box, which you’‘ll need in the next step next, go back to the previous page and select the webhooks box on the webhooks page, click + add new configure the webhook with the following details name ashby url https //app ashbyhq com/api/juro webhook security signature secret (will appear once you choose security signature) paste your juro api key here, which you retrieved in the previous step triggers choose all click save webhook adding the juro api key to the integration settings in ashby finally, go back to the https //app ashbyhq com/admin/integrations/marketplace/juro in ashby select the juro api key box, paste your juro api key (the same one you used in the webhook step), and click update the connection between ashby and juro is now complete! you can now import and kick off juro contract workflows from ashby configuring a workflow to set up a workflow, head to admin > integrations > external workflows click + add and select juro 1\) name the title of the workflow being imported 2\) entry point when and how the workflow can be added to the pipeline, either as an activity on an interview plan or when making an offer to a candidate 3\) field mapping determining the fields in ashby that information will be pulled to juro from 4\) required? confirm that the field is indeed required or not 5\) hidden? opt to hide this field when the form is displayed in ashby adding the workflow to an interview plan you can add activities to your interview plans within a job or job template in the admin section of jobs when in the interview plan section of the role in question, click add activity to for the stage in question then select external workflow you can then select the workflow in question from the drop down list and click add adding the external workflow as an activity selecting the workflow in question once the candidate is moved to that stage in your pipeline, you’ll see a prompt on their profile to start the juro workflow click start workflow , then confirm the workflow and click start on the following pop up complete any fields that need to be filled, then hit submit to start the workflow you can click view workflow to view more details that come in from juro the activity appearing on the candidate profile after they’re moved to the appropriate stage details from the workflow once started adding an external workflow to an offer if you have an external workflow in place that is set to be available when making an offer to a candidate, once the offer has been created (and approved, if needed), you’ll see the option to start the workflow within the offer details after clicking start workflow , you’ll be asked to select the external workflow you’d like to use in the following pop up click start to confirm the workflow the fields for the workflow will then be listed to be completed these fields will be displayed alongside the offer details so you can ensure that the information matches accordingly you can click submit to send this information to juro initially, the workflow will show as started within the activity on the candidate’s profile it will change to active once information has been pulled over from juro you can view the workflow details within the offer information once the workflow is completed, the offer will be marked as accepted in ashby the option to start the workflow within the offer details selecting the workflow in question completing the required fields from juro the started workflow activity within the candidate’s profile
