this integration allows you to connect with ironclad to import workflows, initiate the signing process from ashby, populate fields in ironclad using data in ashby and track the signing process from within ashby the ironclad integration can be set up on the legacy plus, plus and enterprise plans foundations legacy plus plus enterprise ❌ ✅ ✅ ✅ setting up the integration once external workflows are enabled on your account, you’ll be able to access the ironclad integration option within the https //app ashbyhq com/admin/integrations/marketplace click on the ironclad tile within the integration marketplace, then click connect to ironclad from here, all users that kick off workflows in ashby need to authenticate with ironclad to do this, they can head to personal settings > https //app ashbyhq com/settings/integrations adding an ironclad workflow to ashby to start the process of adding your ironclad workflow to ashby, head to external workflows in the integrations section of admin click add and choose ironclad 1\) name the title of the workflow being imported 2\) entry point when and how the workflow can be added to the pipeline, either as an activity on an interview plan or when making an offer to a candidate 3\) field mapping determining the fields in ashby that information will be pulled to ironclad from 4\) required? as the required status of a field in an ironclad workflow can’t be pulled through to ashby, we’d recommend ensuring that this checkbox is checked in ashby if this information is needed adding the workflow to an interview plan you can add activities to your interview plans within a job or job template in the admin section of jobs when in the interview plan section of the role in question, click add activity to for the stage in question then select external workflow you can then select the workflow in question from the drop down list and click add adding the external workflow as an activity selecting the workflow in question once the candidate is moved to that stage in your pipeline, you’ll see a prompt on their profile to start the ironclad workflow click start workflow , then confirm the workflow and click start on the following pop up complete any fields that need to be filled, then hit submit to start the workflow you can click view workflow to view more details that come in from ironclad the activity appearing on the candidate profile after they’re moved to the appropriate stage details from the workflow once started adding an external workflow to an offer if you have an external workflow in place that is set to be available when making an offer to a candidate, once the offer has been created (and approved, if needed), you’ll see the option to start the workflow within the offer details after clicking start workflow , you’ll be asked to select the external workflow you’d like to use in the following pop up click start to confirm the workflow the fields for the workflow will then be listed to be completed these fields will be displayed alongside the offer details so you can ensure that the information matches accordingly you can click submit to send this information to ironclad initially, the workflow will show as started within the activity on the candidate’s profile it will change to active once information has been pulled over from ironclad you can view the workflow details within the offer information once the workflow is completed, the offer will be marked as accepted in ashby the option to start the workflow within the offer details selecting the workflow in question completing the required fields from ironclad the started workflow activity within the candidate’s profile
