This integration enables companies to effortlessly post their job listings from Ashby onto Himalayas, expanding their reach to a global pool of remote talent and streamlining the recruitment process. By utilizing this seamless integration, companies can save time and resources while increasing their visibility to a dedicated audience of remote job seekers. Job seekers will be directed to apply via Ashby so that all hiring data will remain on the Ashby platform.

## Enabling the integration

Step 1: Head over to the Himalayas integration settings page in the Marketplace [here](https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/integrations/marketplace/himalayas.).

Step 2: Click on the `+Enable Himalayas`* button*. Once the `+ Deactivate Himalayas` button shows, Ashby is now integrated with Himalayas.

## Using the Himalayas integration

After the integration is enabled, it’ll take up to 48 hours for job postings in Ashby to sync to  Himalayas. If job postings are unpublished in Ashby, this will be updated in Himalayas in 48 hours.

Only remote job postings will sync to Himalayas. If the job posting isn’t for a remote job, it will not sync to Himalayas.
