Hallo is an AI-powered language assessment platform that evaluates the proficiency levels of your applicants according to CEFR standards.

Hallo integrates seamlessly into your existing Ashby workflow without disruption, enabling immediate evaluation of language proficiency.

Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.

Once the Hallo integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Hallo assessment as an Activity anywhere in your Interview Plan.

You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Start Assessment button next to the interview stage.

Note: When you send a test in Ashby, the instructions are actually sent by Hallo.

After it has been sent, an assessment's status will be displayed in Ashby.

Once the candidate has submitted their test, you can click on Show Result URL, Assessment Sent Date, and 3 more to view the assessment details.

To see a candidate's results in Hallo, click View in Hallo.

On this page, you will be able to view overall language scores for the candidate, as well as subscores, question specifics (including the questions themselves and the candidate's answers), detailed improvements, and snapshots of the candidate while taking the test (to assist in cheating prevention). These results can also be accessed from the Hallo dashboard at any time.
