if you're an ashby analytics customer using greenhouse, here you can find a list of the subjects and filters available to you, along with definitions for your reference subject definitions subject definition application a candidate’s record on a specific job prospect application leads/prospects in greenhouse these prospects can be converted to candidates job a requisition interview scheduled interviews in your ats interviews can be counted as one per stage (ie an onsite panel with 4 different interviews will count as 1 onsite interview) or one per scheduled interview (ie an onsite panel with 4 different interview sill count as 4 interviews) interviewer participation scheduled interviewers each interviewer counts as an interview participation these tie closely to feedback forms interview stage transition moves to and from stages accidental stage moves will be detected and counted sequence sequences initiated through gem feedback form scorecards in greenhouse we pull in the person who submitted, when they submitted, and the overall recommendation opening headcount for a requisition candidate candidates in greenhouse diversity survey custom diversity surveys that are created in greenhouse this is not attached to eeoc responses since those have a very strict formatting, whereas the diversity surveys are customized per organization sourcing activity sourcing or when a user considered them for the job in ashby last activity at the point in time of the last activity performed on the application offer stage entered date the point in time the application consideration ended at the point in time at which an application was either marked as ‘hired’ or ‘archived’ … stage group interview at the time of the first scheduled interview in a given stage group application was archived archive reason type the type of the reason an application was archived can be one of rejected by candidate, rejected by org, or other hired at the point in time at which a candidate was hired for a job archived at the point in time at which a job consideration was marked as archived consideration ended at the point in time at which an application was either marked as ‘hired’ or ‘archived’ candidate the individual candidate of this application … stage group interview at the time of the first scheduled interview in a given stage group passed through stage group/name allows filtering applications that have passed through a certain stage group/name, e g 'onsite' will only return applications that have passed through that stage group/name, not applications that skipped the stage group/name note, passed through stage group/name will include candidates currently in the stage group/name reached stage group/name allows filtering applications that have reached a coordinator the recruiting coordinator who is on the hiring team of this job sourcer the sourcer who is on the hiring team of this job team the department or team directly associated with this job e g if a job is associated with ‘product marketing’ which is nested under ‘marketing’, then this field will return ‘product marketing’ department the top level department associated with this job e g if a job is associated with ‘product marketing’ which is nested under ‘marketing’, then this field will return ‘marketing’ location the job’s location that is used as the default location for job postings of a job allows searching for jobs based on their location or the region in which the location is located job status the current status of the job can be open, closed, archived, or draft was open when the group of the stage in which this interview was scheduled start time the time when an interview took place if the interview is a multi panel interview, this time refers to the start time of the cancelled otherwise, a sequence will continue running until all steps are completed reply status the reply status of the sequence can be one of not set, interested, not interested, or later started at the point in time this sequence was started has received reply? whether a reply was received for a sequence has converted to candidate? whether the recipient for a sequence has converted to an active
