Depending on the report type, different export formats may be available. Some reports support only a PDF export if there is a bespoke graphical format or table summary, and some support raw data export in the CSV format. You can also include or remove the title from the export and determine the size prior to exporting. No pop-up appears to configure further settings. ## Export passthrough reports Passthrough reports involve a customized visualization that is available for PDF export only. The CSV export includes the raw data that goes into the passthrough calculation, but given the complexity of the report configuration options, the exact passthrough report results do not easily fit into a CSV format. When you click `Export` on a passthrough report, the PDF exports immediately. As with custom list reports, there are no export setting options. ## Exports not currently supported Two report types do not currently support convenient export: - [Candidate pipeline](https://app.ashbyhq.com/reports/explore/pipeline) template report - [Candidate list](https://app.ashbyhq.com/candidate-searches/new) report Both of these reports involve custom visual displays in table formats that do not lend themselves to convenient export formats. The same underlying information can be generated through custom lists or other report types. ## Automated delivery of reports If you would like to have report results automatically delivered via Slack or email, check out our [Alerts](docId\:fCkR-kKHNMJZ6vuU3kRvW) feature. # Dashboard export ## Export a dashboard as a PDF, a CSV, or both :::hint{type="warning"} Dashboard-level filters apply to the reports included in your PDF, CSV, or combined export. ::: To export your dashboard: 1. Determine whether you'd like to export the dashboard as a PDF, CSV, or download both. :::hint{type="info" indent="1"} If you select CSV, Ashby creates a ZIP file that contains each report as a separate CSV file. ::: 4. The process is on step 3 of 9 and 22% complete, with a Cancel button available." showCaption="false"} ::: To automate dashboard delivery by email or Slack, see [Scheduled Dashboards](docId\:Ttr2OmUg9YQPx1nkCMJS9). ## Limitations of a dashboard PDF export: truncated report results The dashboard PDF export is a visual snapshot of displayed results. This means that some information may be truncated. For example, Candidate Pipeline or Custom List reports often have very lengthy sets of information. Only the data visible in the dashboard's report tile will be included in the dashboard PDF export.
