## Prerequisites

An Ashby Org Admin will need to enable the integration in the Marketplace. You pay nothing to access DraftBoard, but will pay the referral bonus (that you set) upon hire.

## Integration Overview

Draftboard is a three-sided talent marketplace where companies publicly post what they'll pay for a successful referral and Scouts (referrers) compete to earn the referral bonus by scouring their networks for the right talent.

Draftboard integrates with Ashby so your talent team doesn’t have to learn a new tool – simply sign up and the applications will start flowing into Ashby. Draftboard believes so much in the value they bring that they charge you nothing for access to Draftboard and never will - you only ever pay the referral bonus (which you control) upon hire, and not a cent more. When you’re happy (i.e., you’ve made a hire), Draftboard gets paid; when you’re not, Draftboard gets nothing.

Draftboard’s integration with Ashby allows you to easily and seamlessly list your jobs on Draftboard. It also allows users to source, access, engage, and track candidates from Draftboard.

## Enabling the integration

1. Go to [https://www.draftboard.com/signup](https://intros.draftboard.com/signup/customer) to sign up for a DraftBoard account. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a registration link to create your account.
2. The first thing you’ll need to enter when creating your DraftBoard account is your Ashby API key. Go to [https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/api/keys](https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/api/keys) to create an API key.
   1. Click on `+New` and set a name for your API key.
   2. Then, click on `Create API Key`.
   3. To close out the window, click on `Copy & Close`.
3. Paste the API key copied from Ashby in DraftBoard and click on `Continue`.
4. That’s it! You’ve now integrated DraftBoard with Ashby 🎉

## Using the Integration

After enabling the integration, you can list your Ashby job postings in DraftBoard from the Your Listings page. For the Ashby job posting to be listed in DraftBoard, a Location will need to be set by editing its details in Draftboard.

You may also set the referral bonus for your jobs directly on the Your Listings page.
