Connect Ashby to Dover to sync candidates that Dover has sourced. Dover will enable this integration during your onboarding process.

 integration will sync candidates sourced by Dover into Ashby and keep their applications up to date as they progress through the interview process with Dover.

Once the integration is live pull updates from Dover every 15 minutes and sync any relevant changes for those candidates into Ashby. These candidates will automatically be tagged with Dover as the source in Ashby.

What happens if I update the candidate’s interview stage independent of Dover?

This integration will only update the candidate’s interview stage if:

the Dover update is more recent than the latest update to the candidate

the Dover update will move the candidate forward in the interview process

Given the candidate’s current stage in Dover, we will map the candidate into one of the following stages:

The first active interview stage in the interview plan.

If Dover reports the candidate has withdrawn or been rejected, we will move the candidate to Archived and apply either "Withdrew in Dover" or "Rejected in Dover” as the Archive Reason.

How can I export candidates from Ashby to share with Dover?

Dover usually needs a CSV of the candidates in Ashby to avoid duplications. You can export that information by building a

Schedule interview activities can be set up within each stage of your job’s interview plan. These activities allow you to select an interview type, interviewers and set the interview’s settings in advance.

The option to add a send-as email address in Gmail and share it with other users. You can also specify a default no-reply address for automated emails.

Tokens you can add to your sequences and email templates to pull information from the candidate’s profile, from the sender or from the job. This information is then added to the email automatically in place of the token when sending an email.

The option to share your email address with others and for others to share theirs with you. Once shared, emails can be sent on another user’s behalf.

A route to import or bulk update candidates, openings or employees by uploading a CSV file. The file can be uploaded and field can be mapped accordingly at Admin > Data Management > Bulk Data Import.

Projects are lists of leads or potential candidates. They help you keep track of talent that you're not actively considering for any particular role you currently have open.
