You can, yes. This guide walks through how to configure a new search option in your browser with Ashby as the query engine. This option is only available for the Chrome browser.

If you’re looking to add Ashby as a search option in Google Chrome:

- Navigate to your Chrome settings.
- Head to the Search engine tab.

- Click Manage search engines and site search.
- In the Site Search section, click `Add`.

- From here, complete the Name, Shortcut and URL fields on the following screen.

When adding in your URL, add `?search=%s` to the end of your homepage URL.

- Click `Add` to confirm.



To use your newly configured site search, use the shortcut you specified in the Shortcut field to then see the option to search Ashby in your browser search bar.
