when assigning access roles, you have the option to assign a limited set of admin permissions to elevated access users if you don’t have access to manage additional user permissions reach out to an organization admin on your team additional user permissions overview additional user permissions allow organization admins to share access to a limited set of admin features with elevated access users granting permissions organization admins will see a new section titled additional user permissions under the permissions tab for elevated access users this can be used for determining which parts of admin the user has access to the current granular permissions supported are permission title permission description email templates add shared email templates that can be accessed by your entire team shared interview plans add and edit shared interview plans within admin > interviews & scheduling > interview plans shared interviews & feedback forms add and edit shared interview and feedback form templates to use when setting up schedule interview activities and scheduling one off interviews sources add source types and sources to associated candidates with job board tracking links create custom tracked links to add to job board listings candidate tags create tags to help organize candidates interviewer & meeting room pools create groups of interviewers and meeting rooms to assign to interviews bulk data imports this allows elevated access users to view, create and run candidate imports (but not openings or employee imports) please note if the import would take actions that require additional user admin permissions (e g creating tags, creating sources), then the user must have those permissions if they do not, the import row will fail with an error message duplicate candidates may appear if existing candidates exist on roles the user does not have access to archive reasons add and edit archive reasons applied to job considerations when they are rejected close job reasons add and edit close reasons that are applied to a job when closing it out manage openings the elevated access user will be able to see the openings they have access to and also any openings that aren’t linked to jobs scheduling defaults be able to amend the {{scheduling defaults}} initially applied to schedule interview activities and one off interviews offer letter templates this grants the user access to the offers section of admin users can configure offer custom fields, offer document substitution tokens, offer templates, and offer template settings accessing admin as an elevated access user elevated access users who have been granted some organization admin permissions will have an admin tab with the accessible items in the admin navigation menu these users will have full access to manage the items they have been granted access to screen shot 2022 03 03 at 1 37 28 pm png faq why can’t i grant access to \[insert feature not currently supported]? the current list of features is associated with managing jobs and candidates and will unblock your users the vast majority of the time if there is another feature you’d like to give them access to, please email mailto\ support\@ashbyhq com and we’ll submit a feature request is there a way to stop interviewers from editing feedback after submission? interviewers can edit their own feedback, even after submission we don’t currently have a setting to prevent this
